Notification Report from English Heritage

Here is a copy of the Notification Report from English Heritage outlining the case for upgrading Sandfields Pumping Station to a Grade II* site. This report makes a clear distinction between buildings which have ‘special interest’ and those which should be listed at Grade II, as opposed to those which have ‘more than special interest’ and should be listed at Grade II*
